Im not sure about tourist shelter term . Is it like a guest house ? Which provide hot shower and food ?
Nope, it doesn't provide any service. It's just a house. There is no shower, restaurant, heating, wifi or any other service. You can make a fire outside because there is no wood stove. It is a camping style. You should have your sleeping pad and sleeping bag with you. Also, you can't get there by car. You need to hike for one day because it's in the middle of wild nature.
