Cottage in Sataplia

1. BUGS. the cottage was full of large sized flying cockroaches that flew around as we tried to sleep.
2. Broken bed. The bed on the ground floor where we slept since it had less bugs was broken and very painful to sleep on.
3. No amenities. The host did not provide drinking water or even facial tissues.
4. Noise. The neighbours dog barked continuously all night making it really hard to sleep.

We booked two nights and left after one as we were truly disgusted by the amount of bugs. We truly felt trapped in an unclean cabin unable to leave the forest in the middle of the night. The next day the host offered a sincere apology but no refund, she claimed not to know about the bugs. Alarming sentence had us wondering whether they clean the cabin at all. Overall a very stressful and tiring experience. Would not recommend.
