Kapiloni is a Georgian restaurant in central Telavi, close to Batonis Tsikhe, with terraces, a courtyard and a broad selection of traditional dishes. Its location at 10 Barnovi Street makes it an easy lunch or dinner stop while exploring Kakheti’s main town.
The restaurant occupies several levels, with indoor seating and outdoor tables among greenery and tiled roofs. On a fine day, the terrace gives a meal a sense of the surrounding old town. Include your seating preference when booking, particularly if a table outside is part of your plan.
Kapiloni’s published menu includes khinkali, Imeretian, Megrelian and Adjarian khachapuri, mtsvadi and kebabs. Walnut aubergine, Georgian cheese and cucumber-and-tomato salad with Kakhetian oil make a useful starting point for a shared table. Chikhirtma and kharcho offer warming soup options.
Add Kakhetian shoti bread and choose a few dishes for everyone to try. Salads, fish and chicken provide alternatives for a group with different tastes. Wine forms part of the restaurant’s offering, and coffee or dessert can round off a leisurely meal. The current menu and availability may change with the season.
Opening hours on Rezto are 09:00–00:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00–22:00 on Sunday. Whether you are stopping after a walk around Telavi or gathering for dinner, reserve a table through Rezto and select a time for your visit.
