Heydar Aliyev park is located in Rustavi, at Kostava avenue. The territory of park covers 7000 m2.
The park was opened in 2009. It was renovated by the Azerbaijan Oil company. The park was equipped with modern benches, flower corners and trash bins. Also there are fountains, bungalows and playgrounds.
