Mukhuri Guesthouse

The guesthouse is located in the village of Mukhuri in Samegrelo. The village is connected by transport (marshrutkas) coming from Zugdidi, Chkhorotsku, Senaki or Tbilisi. From the guesthouse you can reach the center of the village on foot, where there are several shops, the bus station and a bakery.

We offer three bedrooms (two for two people and the third can accommodate four people with three beds) in an authentic Megrelian wooden house. All rooms share bathroom facilities, with modern equipment and hot water.

Here you relax on the balcony and enjoy nature in the large yard behind the house. The yard is full of fruit trees. Depending on the season you can pick hazelnuts, walnuts, pears, peaches, pomegranates, figs, grapes, mandarins, lemons...

At the end of the garden there is direct access to the river Khobis Tskali, where you can swim, just relax or even fish.

We provide free Wifi, sheets and towels.

Upon demand you can taste homemade Megrelian dishes.

Mukhuri is located at the foot of the mountains, known for its clean air, honey and Lugela mineral water spring.

You can also discover the Lugela valley with several waterfalls and caves. Hike to the Tobarvarchkhili lakes in summer (we can drive you to Natipuru hut). Climb to the Ostindale church. The Intsra waterfall and Martvili and Balda canyons are also in the area.

The guesthouse does not accommodate long stays.
The rooms are not heated so do not come in winter!
