Zenadris Church

Zenadrisi Church is located in Shida Kartli, in the village of Zenadrisi, Kaspi Municipality.

The church is a hall building. It is built of sandstone blocks on a foundation, the horizontality of the structure is mostly preserved. It stands on a low plinth to the east. The entrance is in the western wall of the southern wall (the shape of the door lintel is not clear). The eastern window is narrow, rectangular and arched. The lintel of the window is decorated with a relief cornice, on which a cross is erected (typical for churches of the 9th-10th centuries). There is a small rectangular niche on both sides of the altar window. The altar is raised one step above the hall. In the middle of the longitudinal walls there is a two-step pilaster, on the profiled capitals of which the arched arches of the arch pass. There are similar half-pilasters in the corners of the western wall, and the decorative arches of the longitudinal walls are transferred from the lower steps of the pilasters. The temple is damaged, with the conch, vault, and most of the southern wall collapsed.
