The Lake House Cottage is the ideal place for your vacation. We are located on the right bank of Lake Sioni, 2 km away from the townlet of Sioni.

The cottage can accommodate 2-3 people.

About the House:

The bedroom on the second floor can accommodate 2 people; The sofa in the living room - 1 more person
There is hot and cold water in the house
Electricity is permanent and is generated from solar power
Wet spots inside the house
For heating, we offer a beautiful wood-burning stove (firewood is included in the price of the house)

You can rent a projector to watch your favorite movies
You can use our bar with different types of wine

თუ აპირებთ თბილისის ხმაურს, მძიმე ჰაერს და სტრესს მოწყდეთ და გიყვართ ბუნებასთან ახლოს ყოფნა სადაც ტბაც არის, ტყეც და კომფორტული მყუდრო კოტეჯი, სახლი ტბასთან სიონში არის იდეალური არჩევანი! 3 დღით ვიყავი და ესეთი დასვენებული არასდროს ვყოფილვარ :)))) მასპინძელი ნიკო თავად შეაფასეთ რომელიც თავისი ყურადღებით და მეგობრული დამოკიდებულებით გაგაოცებთ და კიდევ უფრო შეგაყვარებთ ამ გარემოს

Amazing location and lovely chalet, warm & welcoming for romantic getaway. Nico - the host - is super welcoming, very kind and very responsive to any requests. Definitely recommend !!

We had an incredible stay at the Sioni house! The property was stunning, with beautiful views. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. The experience was truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
