Lesale fortress is located in Samegrelo, Tsalenjikha Municipality, in the village of Lesale, on the top of a high mountain. It dates back to the 15th-16th centuries. The complex consists of a fence and a rectangular tower built into it. The tower does not give us much information. Apparently, the entrance to the fortress should have been in the western part of the fence. The fortress is built of rough rocks and cobblestones.
