The building of the MIA of Georgia (Ministry of Internal Affairs) is located on Kakheti Highway in Tbilisi. It is one of the most famous examples of modern architecture in Tbilisi. The architect of the building is Michele de Luca. This Italian architect also worked on the Peace Bridge and the Presidential Palace project. The building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is characterized by minimalism. The wavy shape, the glazed facade give the impression of lightness and dynamism despite the large-scale dimensions of the building. A large pool is arranged in front of the building. Blue water and reflections further enhance the impression, the perception of space.
