Tkhilvana - Village and Community Center in Adjara, Khulo Municipality. It is located west of Arsiani Ridge, on the banks of the river Khikhanistskali (right tributary of Skhalta), at 1440 meters above sea level. The community includes villages: Upper Tskhana and Lower Tskhana. There is a XII-XIII century Khikhani fortress in the village.
