Zhabeshi - village in Mestia municipality, Mulakhi community. Located on the bank of the river Mulkhura (right tributary of the river Enguri). 1680 meters above sea level, 15 kilometers from Mestia.

There is a monument of Georgian architecture of the XI century in the village - the Church of the Savior, built of gallstone carved stones. To the east it has a triangular apse. In the interior, in front of a three-tiered stone iconostasis, a wooden cross is erected on four stone pedestals. There are two deep cove in the wall of the altar, where the entrance to the hiding place is arranged. Fragments of paintings are preserved in the interior.
