Tbisi Virgin Mary’s Church

Tbisi Virgin Mary’s Church is located in Tbisi village, Tetritskaro Municipality, in the Kvemo Kartli region, near the Algeti Reservoir. It dates back to the VIII-IX centuries. The building is hall church. It is built of roughly hewn stones with various sizes and shapes. The church has small arched windows to the west and east sides. The entrance is only from the south. The facades are finished with cornices. The church has been restored and covered with tile roof.
