About Bethlehem Church

Bethlehem Church is located in Kazbegi Municipality, on the Mount Kazbek Route, near Bethlehem Hut. This is the highest church in Georgia - 3900 meters above sea level. It is made in a small iron carriage fastened with strong ropes to protect it from the wind. That makes it different from all the other churches. Mount Kazbek visitors come here mainly for acclimatization.
