Makhuntseti

Makhuntseti - the old name of the villages of Zeda Makhuntseti and Kveda Makhuntseti in the villages of Keda Municipality of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. Currently, the community of Makhuntseti includes the villages of Zeda and Kveda Makhuntseti, Kosofeli, Chalakhmela.

Makhuntseti community is located in the gorge of the river Adjaristskali, at an altitude of 220-300 m above sea level, 12 km away from the Daba Keda, 30 km away from the city of Batumi (the nearest railway station).
