Paravani Church is located in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region, in the village of Paravani, Ninotsminda municipality.
It dates back to the 10th-11th centuries. The Paravani Church is a hall-like structure, the building is covered with a vault. There are two small niches in the apse. There is a trapezium stone in the altar. There is one entrance – from the south, it is arched from the outside and arched from the inside. The architrave depicts crosses and ornamental reliefs. The windows are decorated with carved titles. Several more reliefs are included on the southern facade. There is also an Aseomatruli inscription, which reads as follows: “Christ have mercy on Paul”. The church has been restored. To the west of the temple there is a sculptural tombstone with the image of a ram, typical of the Middle Ages. Near the Paravani Church you can visit the Paravani Caravanserai and a small church of the 13th century.
