Ask a QuestionHello. If we want to go for Niloloz Romanov trail at the beginning of September - is there a water on the route? Or we need to carry water from the beginning till the end? And Second question - if we will start at late night -2-3 am in the morning is it possible to register and pay an entrance fee online?
Thanks a lot in advance for your response
Hello Victor, Its better to carry water with you. There should be water at Lomismta but we are not sure. Also please note that Lomismta shelter burned down in winter and is not available since then. You cannot pay fees online. For additional information please contact Borjomi-Kharagauli national park via number: +995 591 88 74 44.

Slava Ukraïni!
hi
we hope to visit the national park in February, can you tell me how many trails will be open? is there overnight accommodation within the park?
Thankyou
Tracy Corrie
Hi Tracy.
Only two hiking trails are open during winter:
https://georgiantravelguide.com/en/routes/snow-shoes-trail-10
https://georgiantravelguide.com/en/routes/lomismta
Both of them have a wooden cottage for overnight stays on its final destination. But it costs around 20GEL per person to stay in this cottage. You need to book your stay in advance. For bookings and more information please contact the Borjom-kharagauli national park administration:

Hi! I have a question. HopeTo visit park in late april and hike Nikoloz Romanov trail. Is there snow in april? How is the weather? Will be able to buy gas in the Borjomi main entrance?
There might be occasional snow at the end of April. Weather at that time is difficult to predict. Night temperature might drop close to negative, however, in the shelter it will be ok. Please make sure to contact
https://georgiantravelguide.com/ka/borjom-kharagaulis-erovnuli-parkis-administratsia
regarding the condition of the bridges. At that time the water level is quite high and they might restrict you to go on that trail, however, there are plenty of alternatives.
Thanks a lot! Will there be a longtime alternative? For 3 or 4 nights and days of hiking?
Hello there, great website!
Is Borjomi - Kharagauli National Park open in the Winter? Any time or days in the week it's closed at all?
And if it's open - what are the hours?
is there a phone number tourists can call and find out all the info about park hours and all that?
I have a house in Patara Mitarbi that we rent to tourists sometimes so that's why I would like to know.
And hope to visit with my family this summer.
Thank you very much!
Masha
